• Timetable Maker [Now Active]
  Request timetables by unit, or by unit prefix or combinations. The output is in LIST format. This is the normal tool to use for reviewing the timetable.

• Grid Format [Now Active]
  A custom timetable in a single week grid format. This format of timetable is best for a student or staff member who wants to build up a pattern of classes over a week.

• For lists of unit timetables that match a year level and semester across all subject areas (rather than the custom ones from above) use the quick links in the table below. Results are in PDF format.

• Data dump
  The ENTIRE TIMETABLE as a text file for loading into a different system.

• What's in Where
  What classes are in a room? There may be casual bookings in the blank spaces.

• What's on When
  Check classes that are on at a certain time in case they are important to you to plan to avoid student clashes. To see if they are important try the Timetable Clash Finder.

• Large Theatre Class List (PDF)
  PDF list of the classes in large theatres (over 100 capacity) sorted by unit.

• Summer Units are not included in the internal class timetable or in the timetable maker. Information about the Summer Course Program is available from this Centre for Open Education page.

• EFS - E4B Computer Lab Bookings
  Are not yet available for 2008.

• The 2008 Timetable process is well under way. All requests for change have now been lodged. We are processing the last of these. Check with the timetable maker. We are now loading the timetable to Student One. Only critical changes will be allowed from January on.

  Don't request a change unless you have checked this document which contains the list of criteria that must be satisfied.

• Timetable Clash Finder
  Check previous student enrolment numbers and cross enrolment patterns (clashes). New updated system and data from 1998 to the present. This allows you to check the consistency of patterns.

  A reference list of the CAP (Central Accommodation Pool).
